Returns & Refunds – Legal Warranty
At Chiara Ferragni Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account on shopchiaraferragni.com and go to “My Orders.”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and further instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Legal Warranty
In accordance with consumer protection laws, all products come with a legal warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. If you believe your item is defective, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period for assistance.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order on shopchiaraferragni.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized products, swimwear, and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
